Once the minimum number of AdviDeals have been sold and the order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours advising of how to redeem your AdviDeal.

That's up to the Media Owner! The conditions are included on the Offer page before you buy. Once you have purchased an AdviDeal and received an email confirmation, the necessary contact details and booking information will be provided.

The expiry date of an AdviDeal is featured in the Terms & Conditions of the offer when featured on the homepage and in the email confirmation once the AdviDeal is purchased.

Advertisements must meet the industry code of conduct and statutory requirements. If you are unsure, please contact the Media Owner directly.

 When I click "buy" will I be charged straight away?
You will only be charged when the minimum number of AdviDeals have been purchased. If you place your order after the minimum number has been reached your card will be charged straight away.

You sure can! Your credit card details are transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. We don't store your credit card number on our servers or anywhere else.

 Where's my AdviDeal?
It is important that you keep your AdviDeal email when you make a purchase. It will contain a .pdf file with all the details of your purchase. If you lose this email, please go to the Contact Us page and submit an online request with the subject  'I lost my AdviDeal'.
